Our regular freight delivery includes Lift Gate service. A lift gate is a platform at the back of certain trucks that can lower a shipment from the truck to ground level. Your order will be lowered to ground level, but you are responsible for bringing it inside and any placement.
Please note: If you require your shipment to be brought inside, you can purchase Inside Delivery at checkout.
Standard “Back of Truck” freight delivery is a less expensive option. This is when your order is moved to the back of the delivery truck by the driver, but the driver is not responsible for moving your item off the truck. It is your responsibility to offload your item(s).

Inside delivery is when the driver brings the shipped items from the truck to the entrance of your building. Generally, this means the items will be brought inside the front or back door – for example, a lobby or back room.
You can add on Inside Delivery at checkout for an additional charge.
Please note: Inside delivery does not include delivery down a hallway or up stairs.
