Return and Refund Policies
Each manufacturer has a different return policy. If you think you need to return a product, please contact our customer support center by phone at 1-888-281-9440 or email as soon as you make that determination. It is difficult and expensive to return products. We are always available to discuss your options.
When receiving any product, you should carefully inspect it before accepting delivery. If there is damage, you must note this with the driver and not accept delivery. We recommend taking photos of any damage. This avoids a potential return days later.
If a product needs to be returned, it generally must not have been used and must be in the original, unopened, factory sealed packaging. It must be within 10 days of receiving the product. We must obtain a return authorization from the manufacturer for you and returns are subject to manufacturer approval.
There is a restocking fee, often 25%-30% or more of selling price, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Credit is not given until the product is returned and inspected by the manufacturer and they issue a credit.
